Some people living outside of the United States might not be aware of just how bad the Elmer problem is here in America. While it's true they can see news reports and read about morons flooding the streets with SUVs and "Hummers" and other irresponsible, deadly, highly polluting vehicles, they might not see what an average hour or so on the highways here in Southern California look like.

So here's a quick reivew of about 40 or so photographs of what the enemy of humanity looks like -- and make no mistake: America's waste of the world's resources will be what kills us all, whether it's manifest in Bush's wars to seize other nations' oil, over population and mass dieouts due to starvation and disease... It's all because of the abuse of everyone else around the world that allows Americans to get away with it.

Except that it won't last forever. Eventually we're all dead thanks to the Elmers among us.

As you look at these photographs of what an average SUV driver is like in Southern California, you'll notice a couple of things -- a couple of very telling things:

• Elmer always drives alone. The claims that Elmer needs a large car so he can get his family around is a frocking lie; he drives the abusive vehicle because it's his surrogate penis -- and for other equally dysfunctional reasons, most of them centered upon some sexual dysfunction or mistaken notion.

• Every Elmer uses his SUV to get to work and back, to go to the store and back, to basically drive it on city streets, not out in the wilderness like Elmer likes to claim he needs it for. They believe the advertising which tells them they're finally going to be a "real man" and will get out into the woods, desert, or other wilderness area, and they claim that's what they're going to use the irresponsible vehicle for. Only they don't: only some 5% of all SUV owners ever take their vehicle into wilderness.
